After a first call, we organise a one-hour presentation to better understand your needs.
If your manufacturer is not yet using Tailor Tech, we set up your styles and options. Your three free months then begin.
If needed, video calls complement this initial support.
With Tailor Tech, you can also manage your calendar and consult a client profile that brings together order history, measurements and alterations made.
The platform supports you in running your business as well as in configuring and tracking your orders.
Tailors get three months of subscription free of charge.
After this trial period, we offer monthly or annual subscriptions. The exact terms are set after a first call.
It all starts with a 30-minute call, followed by a presentation of the tool, before your three free months begin.
Setting up your styles and options may require a preparation period, but this is not deducted from your three free months.
It is not required. Your access to the platform is enough to generate the order documents for your manufacturers.
We can also set up automated sending by email!
During onboarding, our team will help you transfer your active clients and their measurements to the platform.
We will need your notebooks, Excel files or current documents to speed up the process.
The platform generates the order documents and details in the format your manufacturer requires (PDF, Excel or other).
If your manufacturer is also connected to our platform, they receive the order directly, with no action needed on your part.
