What the manufacturer interface includes
- Dashboard
- Orders received, in production, ready to ship and urgent, as soon as you log in.
- Statuses
- Nine statuses, from ‘to review’ to ‘delivered’. An order can go back to the previous step, or be cancelled with a reason.
- Tickets
- An internal note or a question to the tailor, attached to the order.
- Search
- By client or by number, with the requested delivery date and the urgent flag.
- Indicators and calendar
- Orders by status, a personal calendar and a team calendar.
- Export
- The order form as a PDF, with every measurement: base size, adjustment and final value.

Who sets up your catalogue?
The Tailor Tech team: styles, options, fabrics and size chart, from your documents.
Your catalogue is then used by every tailor who works with you.
What about your ERP?
A documented API gives access to orders and their statuses. Connection is assessed case by case, based on your ERP’s documentation.
What if your tailors do not use Tailor Tech?
Nothing changes for them. Their orders, received by email or as a file, are added to your interface.
Your data stays yours
In the European Union
Data is hosted by Amazon Web Services, in the Paris region.
Processed on your behalf
Tailor Tech acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR and uses your data for no other purpose.
Returned on request
When the contract ends, your data is returned to you or deleted.
Manufacturers also get three free months.
After that, the subscription includes a monthly base fee, plus a fee per "seat", calculated according to the number of tailors who work with you.
It is not required. If a tailor you work with uses our platform, documents and information can be exchanged directly.
Otherwise, you can import your order documents, or we can set up an automatic import. These documents are then converted in Tailor Tech so that you can track them.
Our team prepares your manufacturer access from your documents and your catalogue.
You can then enter the documents sent by your tailors on the platform, or invite them to join Tailor Tech.
