Our Vision

The tailor’s craft is built on precision, attentiveness and exacting standards. Yet behind this level of excellence lies an often constraining reality: time-consuming manual management, client feedback that is hard to track, lost information and a growing gap with the digital expectations of a modern clientele.

Tailor Tech was born of a simple observation: despite its artisanal richness, bespoke textiles remain held back by fragmented, ill-suited and often outdated tools that slow down the work instead of supporting it.

Our approach is rooted in concrete field experience. In Bastia, a tailor facing production delays, order errors and scattered communication decided to imagine a different solution. He brought together around one table the key players of this value chain: a tailor, a developer, a 3D expert and a partner factory.

Together, we set ourselves the mission of streamlining the bespoke craft without diluting its essence. Tailor Tech offers a single, connected tool, designed to simplify the daily work of every player in bespoke tailoring while respecting the expertise that gives it its value.

Who we are

Professionals at your service

Tailor Tech was born from the field experience of a Bastia tailor, facing production delays, order errors and fragmented communication with his partner workshops every season.

That realisation led him to bring around one table those who could answer it: the trade, development and visual design. The team then structured itself around the product, with a permanent developer joining in October 2025.

Pierre-François Morganti

Co-founder, project management and funding

Co-founder of Tailor Tech, graduate of EPITECH and of the HEC Challenge+ programme attended on behalf of the company. He handles project management and the company’s administration.

He builds the funding applications and leads relations with financial and institutional partners: bank, Bpifrance and the regional economic development agency.

Sébastien Solinas

Co-founder, technical direction and finance

Co-founder and technical director, graduate of ESRA Nice. He defined the functional scope of the platform and handles visual creation, in both 2D and 3D.

He works on the catalogues of partner factories, puts in place the necessary technical tools and solutions, and handles the company’s finance and accounting follow-up.

Tran Paolini

Developer, platform and infrastructure

A graduate of EPITECH, he has been developing the Tailor Tech platform since October 2025: interface, application service, hosting infrastructure and the securing of environments.

He is leading the additional modules of the tailor offer, catalogue import and order document generation, whose pace will be set by the first user feedback.

Our Ambition

Becoming the reference infrastructure for bespoke tailoring in Europe

Within five years, the Tailor Tech environment will be used by hundreds of tailors and dozens of factories in Portugal, Romania, France and beyond.

Our ambition is to build a complete platform, from the interactive 2D catalogue to the factory ERP, by way of the tailor CRM.

We will be the artisans of an ecosystem where bespoke becomes faster, more reliable and scalable, without ever losing its artisanal soul.
